With over 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction, Gus is a Chartered Civil Engineer with main areas of expertise including design, assessment and management of building and infrastructure projects.

Proven capability in technical design reviews, structural assessment and analysis, design management, asset management, feasibility and desk studies, construction management, procurement, bid management, and acting as liaison with project stakeholders.

Gus have a significant experience in Bridge Engineering, Ground Structures, Structural Monitoring & Sustainable Concrete Technology.

Ken has been involved in the road and bridge construction
and maintenance industry since 1981 and has been instrumental in
the development of a number of new to Australia processes. For many years Ken worked in the bridge construction and maintenance industry as part of the Freyssinet organisation.

He has been involved with rectification and construction works to many bridges including Kings Ave, Commonwealth Ave, Lake Ginninderra Bridges, Cahill Expressway and Brisbane Inner City Bypass bridges as well as tunnels on the M5 East and Clem 7 Motorways. In addition, he has been involved with pavement rehabilitation on projects such as the M2, M4 and M5 Motorways in Sydney and the Pacific Highway at Ulmarra.

Hooman is a highly experienced Geotechnical Engineer with over 11 years of experience and an impressive track record in various aspects of geotechnical engineering. His expertise covers a wide range of areas including rock and soil mechanics, slopes stability, earth and rockfill dams, tunnels, caverns, deep excavations, mining, and instrumentation. His proficiency also extends to Soil/Structure interaction and Finite Element Modelling, showcasing his strong analytical skills. Hooman holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering. Notably, he has numerous scientific publications in the geotechnical engineering field, highlighting his commitment to advancing the industry through research and innovation.

Omar has over 12 years of experience in Bridge and Structural Engineering, Omar worked on large infrastructure projects, mining structures, train stations infrastructure and heavy industrial structures in Australia and the US.

Highly Skilled in Structural Dynamics & Wind Engineering, Reinforced & Prestressed Concrete and Steel Design, Soil/Structure interaction. A strong engineering professional with a Bachelor, Masters & PhD of Civil and Structural Engineering.

Michael Littlefair has been involved in the civil engineering industry since 1991 as both a consultant and construction engineer. With his background in both consultancy and contracting, Michael brings a deep and complete understanding of the requirements in a project with an ability to develop innovative solutions for engineering problems.

Michael conducted condition assessments and reports on a large number of concrete and steel structures, including road and rail bridges and wharves throughout NSW, Victoria and Queensland.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. With a comprehensive educational foundation, he has gained profound expertise in Structural Analysis, which has been further enhanced through his role as a Structural Engineer at Paragon Engineering.

Michael’s proficiency extends to coding with both Matlab and Python, harnessing his mathematical modelling skills to conduct slope stability and structural analysis. His commitment to excellence shines through his remarkable attention to detail and unwavering dedication, making him an invaluable member of the team. Michael’s potential is vast, positioning him as a promising asset poised to contribute significantly to the field of engineering.

Shivani Patil is an accomplished Structural Engineer with a proven track record of excellence. Her extensive experience includes performing both preliminary and detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of structures, with a special focus on bridges, buildings, and pumping stations. Shivani’s expertise extends to preparing detailed technical reports that contribute to informed decision-making.

With a rich background, Shivani has contributed significantly to milestone projects in New South Wales, including the prestigious New Sydney Fish Market, the NSW State Library, and various bridges throughout the state. Through her work, Shivani consistently ensures that engineering solutions align with industry standards and client expectations.

Sinan brings over 10 years of valuable experience in the construction field. His expertise lies in shoring and deep foundations, making him an essential asset to our team. Sinan is well-versed in managing all aspects of onsite testing and instrumentation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

Abdullah is a skilled Structural Engineer with a solid background in both structural and geotechnical analysis and design. His proficiency extends to drafting, enhancing our team’s capabilities.
